Q: When will the order be shipped?
A: We will ship your board out within 2 business days. (But the tracking number will be updated in a few days)
Q: Can I change my order after I order?
A: Yes, you can! You will need to contact us within 12 hours after you place the order. However, we cannot guarantee that your order will be changed successfully because it is hard to modify the order once it gets sent to the factory.
Q: Will I receive a tracking number?
A: Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Q: Why is the tracking number not updating?
A: The tracking number will be updated only when it arrives in your destination country and clears customs. It will then be given to your local DHL, UPS, or FedEx and then it will be updated. Before it was given to DHL, UPS, or FedEx. Please do not worry.

Q: Can I change my address after the order has been shipped?
